Looking Forward: Machete Kills (2013) by Robert Rodriguez

The first Machete was one of those dumb enjoyment type films and I don\’t expect this to be any different. The Expendables and this strike me as the same kind of film – big dumb action movies in the spirit of those older big dumb action movies from the eighties.

You don\’t come to this for emotional resonance, for big thinking, or for anything beyond gunshots, explosions, punching people, and hot women. This is sure to be pure fun.
