I propose that this should be written into employment law that if your boss is an unmitigated arsehole that you should be able to punch them — just the once, and in the face, before you leave. It would cut down on the tendency to go to industrial tribunals if disgruntled workers were afforded this one outlet for all the displaced aggression. I hate what someone did — this is an easy way to settle it. Not a good way. But an easy way.
