A little different to Scott Pilgrim. In fact it took me a second to realise I was reading a book from the same author. Great awareness, right? But I vaguely recognised the artistic flourishes of O\’malley.
This was a quick and easy read and a fairly straight forward story with some nice touches. It had an easy pull on the emotions and it was not hard to make friends with the characters. Bang you are in the story, and bang you have finished. No nonsense, and a short time for an enjoyable read.
