Looking Forward: 99 Homes

This looks pretty intriguing, with Andrew Garfield playing a man who loses his home to foreclosure, finds work with Michael Shannon, a real estate broker who then manipulates him into embezzling money from the government.

It\’s always interesting to see whether a film like this is just playing it for thrills, or whether it will shine a light onto the human aspects of the subject, and whether it might be the kind of film that is actually able to generate any kind of debate. I am sure with a good cast it will at least be entertaining finding out.
