Well, maybe I am some kind of retard but this picture is about the only information that I could find on this guy. I\’ve seen similar images to the above one but I think it was the colouring in this one that particularly caught my eye. I found it in http://www.ideafixa.com/ and that is probably where you would be best off finding more information about this guy. Sorry to be so unhelpful but you have a pretty picture to look at.
