I remember seeing Kate Bush for the first time on Top Of The Pops and being mesmerised. Up until the 90s I don’t suppose I thought too much about her beyond the singles. Then I had a chance to borrow a few of her albums, and I realised what a genius she is, and more importantly, how much I loved the music.
The prospect of her making an animated film imbued with that same sensibility is inspiring.
