From reading the poster books descriptions of the poster I learned that the painting was a tribute to the work of Boecklin and I had to hunt it down &#8212; I have to admit that I was surprised at how closely the two pictures resembled each other but also it struck me how very different they were.<\/p>\n<p>Both paintings draw you in, and both are  very atmospheric but I get a different feeling from both of them.
