The Bounce

You hit the bottom and start to rise again to the top. You want to do it quickly but you are wary that a too quick rise is not healthy. I used to pride myself on my ability to to do this but this time I went further down than before so I have to rise slower; despressurise at the right rate or suffer the emotional bends and be screwed up for longer. Friends are the best way to achieve re-floatation and I have good friends.
